the plunge

my shallow longing cries to Your depth
this weak desire meets Your jealous fire

Your face has beauty i cannot imagine
Your name is more than a label or signature

put those blazing eyes on me til i feel You
speak in thunder til i can hear You
drip Your oil on my head til i overflow

help me love You
help me want You
help me freefall

freely Your ways are shown
freely Your body torn
so i walk into Your arms
i will not be insecure about Your heart

i choose to contain the Truth
it's You
i plunge into true love
it's fire
it's hot
face first into perfect love
