Last update from South Africa!

Hey everyone!

I'm going to try and send a recap this week just summarizing what we've done over the course of the trip, but words cannot explain how amazing and wonderful this trip has been.  The last church has been just as amazing as the other two and we are so blessed by our hosts and the pastoral team here.  The team has been ministered to as much as the people we have ministered to, and I think all of our lives have been completely changed.  I just wanted to send an update letting you all know we're having our last service in about a half hour so just be praying that it be the best one yet!  We are so grateful for the prayers of all of you throughout the trip, and cannot thank you enough for what you all have been doing.  The words of encouragement have just been absolutely phenomenal.  The specific words for people I've been getting back have been so uplifting and it has just been wonderful.  Below is Jesse's next blog post, talking about the justice part of our got to serve the other day.  Life. SA Update - Almost done at 247

Hey everyone!

Team is doing a lot better, thanks for the prayers. We went to a lion park yesterday, was absolutely amazing. There's quite a few pictures up on facebook and I think the plan is to get a picasa up with more once we all get back and get everything sorted out, but it was AMAZING.  We got to pet lion cubs!  I attached a picture of the team for y'all.  I'll try and send an update once we get to the next church.  247 has been absolutely blessed having us here and we have been blessed being here.  They are an amazing church and amazing people and I think it's been a ton of fun for all of us just sharing how the house of prayer works and seeing them adopt things their own way.  Thank you so much for your support guys and gals!

PS Not everyone is in the picture...it's kind of hard to round us all up. I'm sorry if your favorite isn't included, they were probably off petting lions, but I assure you they are A-OK =) If you want to see more pictures I'd recommend facebook, bug me and I can try and get you a link.

SA Update - Just over half way!

Hey everyone!

Another video at the bottom, along with Jesse's blog post regarding last night's service.  The team is doing well, some of us have been coming down with a 24 hour bug and so I just ask that you would pray strength and wellness to those getting hit.  Our time here has been absolutely life changing for the team as much for the people we are here ministering to.  These people have such heart, it's moving to witness.  God bless you all, we love hearing from you guys so feel free to shoot emails to me and I'll pass them along to the team.
